  Overall living here has been decent. Lawn is well kept. Maintenance is usually quick and they are nice. Property management is nice. My biggest issue with the apartments is their older closet doors, make sure all are working properly when touring the apartment. That being said be aware when you sign your lease the late fee is 10%(insane) of your rent and there is 0 tolerances. I accidentally paid rent twice this month trying to avoid getting a late fee and now I’m paying $250 in fees. While communicating with the office and they were aware of what was going on. I understand they are a business but $250 for a mistake is so crazy. The app used to pay rent can be misleading and confusing so just pay attention😂

  I've lived at Willow Crest for about a year. It has been very nice but the landscaping is exceptional! From the grass to snow removal, it is the best I've ever seen.

  I recently signed my lease at Willow Crest on May 1st, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision — largely thanks to Property Manager Dawn Smith. Dawn was with me every step of the way, from the initial unit showing through the entire online application and approval process. I’ll be honest: the online portal had quite a few glitches that were genuinely frustrating, and there were moments I was ready to walk away and look elsewhere. Dawn made all the difference. She patiently helped me troubleshoot each issue, kept the process moving, and never made me feel like a burden. Her knowledge, warmth, and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. Dawn Smith is a true asset to Willow Crest. If you’re considering this community, know that you’ll be in good hands. I’m grateful for her support and excited to call Willow Crest home!

  These are great apartments to live in. Great location, perfect amount of space, and responsive staff.
