I had a terrible experience living here. When I moved in the carpet was stained, random holes in the walls and the furniture in my room was broken. They never actually fixed any of it except the walls. The office/reception was always unreachable and had to call multiple times for the smallest maintenance requests. The lights outside were also broken and were never fixed. After I moved out they charged me thousands to replace the carpets that had been dirty and stained since before I moved in.

Tay helped me get settled in and did an amazing job! He was kind, professional, honest, and he worked hard to make sure that my move-in process was smooth and that I felt taken care of. I would highly recommend talking to Tay if you’re considering Vivo.

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. If you’re thinking about living here just because it’s close to UT, don’t. It might look decent from the outside, but the inside is a completely different story. There are no cameras around the buildings, so when your car inevitably gets hit or something goes wrong, management does absolutely nothing to help. You’re completely on your own. Trying to contact the office is a joke. Emails and calls go unanswered, and the front office staff seem more interested in sitting on their phones than actually doing their jobs. If you want to speak with anyone you’ll have to go in person and you’ll be lucky if anyone is even there. Living here took a toll on my health. I was constantly sick, and my skin got noticeably worse. It genuinely felt like my body was reacting to how bad the environment was. Getting my security deposit back was a nightmare. They make the process way harder than it needs to be and don’t communicate at all. For how much this place costs, it is 100% not worth it. The only reason I didn’t completely lose it while living here was because of the maintenance team they were the only competent people and honestly deserve a raise for all the bullshit they deal with. Also, be prepared to get asked for rides basically every time you leave your apartment. Save yourself the stress and live somewhere else. I’ve decided to attach photos from just a few of the emails that I still have that they never replied too since they chose to respond. I don’t care if I moved out yesterday or a decade ago it doesn’t change the way VIVO operates or the experience I had.

If there were a negative star, I would select it. The apartments are so dirty, decrepit, and infested with mice. They just rely on charging you for ridiculous claims to make more money. If you value your health, peace, and money, never live there.
