We are in the early stages still for the build process, but we can’t say enough good things about working with Sarah Serian! She is very warm and personable and made the experience very at ease for something we expected to feel very stressed about in the beginning. We went into it not knowing what to expect, but if I ever build again, I would love to work with her! (Although we really are so excited about this home and you won’t be seeing us on the market again). Things have been going very smooth and we know what to expect thanks to Sarah. She is very attentive and has made this a very positive experience! For the neighborhood, the lots are east and west facing so the natural light is awesome. The surrounding area has so many outdoor things to do that are accessible by walking or biking a short distance. We already met a neighbor in the community next door and they were very kind. The home is obviously going to be wonderful and we look forward to working with the build team. We are very satisfied working with Pulte so far and would highly recommend.

We’ve had such a great experience working with Amanda from Pulte Homes! From the very beginning, she’s been knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire home-building process. Amanda always took the time to answer our questions, kept us updated on every step, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and smooth. We’re so grateful for her guidance and can’t wait to close on our new home this November! Highly recommend working with Amanda and the Pulte team!

We live in a neighboring Pulte Community, and I would strongly warn all others to not purchase a Pulte home. The floor plans are great, but they use the cheapest materials and labor for everything. The sales staff is great. We highly recommend working with the sales staff, however, that’s where the good experience stops. Once you sign the contract and they get your money, they do not care about you or the environment where you live. Construction starts around 6:40am with extremely intense pounding and noises. If you have small children or babies sleeping in the home, or if you enjoy sleeping past the 6 o clock hour (even on the weekends), I would recommend staying away. We understand there is construction in the neighborhood, but it’s truly a nuisance and more care should be given to existing families who have already bought into the neighborhood and have to live in the morning noise on a daily basis. According to the city ordinances, the construction noise can start at 7am any day of the week, so we’re at Pulte’s mercy for what time we get up. We’ve also had a lot of trouble getting workmanship issues fixed from move in. The framing in the home has many corners out of square and overall poor workmanship and scratches on and in the pull outs of our cabinets and poorly constructed doors. Ironically, the pull outs in our kitchen that needed replaced came from another home in our neighborhood where Pulte will give some other family our discarded scratched pull outs. They simply hope you aren’t the squeaky wheel who will complain so they continue to get away with this corner cutting. We found out from one contractor that Pulte contracts the cheapest workers to do the jobs and this shows in the workmanship and the amount of complaints that we’ve had to file. We have numerous service requests in with Pulte to get these issues fixed and the responsiveness to service calls can be challenging. Each time a contractor comes out for a service request, they are astounded by the poor craftsmanship that needs fixed. Our neighbors have also mentioned noticing areas where Pulte “cuts” corners in their own homes. We’ve had excavation and delivery workers driving into our graded yard, even one with a towlift - which and one area still hasn’t been fixed due to the weather. Construction workers start their loud rock and roll music where you can hear the music in your bedroom each morning. It has woken my family up on multiple days. They are always hollering curse and vulgar words in front of my young child as they work and we try to go on walks. The lack of care for residents is unreal. Radon issues in the home above the EPA limit, and Pulte will not remediate. We find nails WEEKLY in the roads. Last week, I had a brand new tire ruined by a construction nail. Even after finding several more nails in the roads and bringing this to Pulte’s attention, they will not do anything about this. Again, they don’t care about you after you pay for the home. Pulte also doesn’t regularly plow our roads, so we have seen several inches of snow lingering on the roads for a few days (Pulte hasn’t released the roads to the city, so the city cannot do anything to fix this). We have all called to complain and sometimes the roads get plowed after the complaints. Our perception is that there is an overall lack of support once you close on your home. If you’re going to spend over $600k for a home, I’m sure there are much better builders for this price. Save yourself the stress and headaches that we’ve encountered.
