  I have lived at Meadowview Apartments and Townhomes long enough to experience significant maintenance and communication issues that have never been fully resolved. My apartment experienced years of water intrusion that ultimately led to a major flood, forcing me out of my home for approximately one month during that time, absolutely no repairs were completed . I requested mold testing after observing what appeared to be black mold. A mold testing company came to my apartment while I was present and collected samples. I was told the report would be sent to management and then provided to me. Despite making repeated written requests over several months, I have still not received the mold testing report or laboratory results. I have instead been told that the results are now “not available.” During the inspection, the representative also advised me that the flooring around my master bathroom toilet showed elevated moisture consistent with ongoing water intrusion and that management needed to address it. That underlying issue has still not been corrected. Communication has been one of the biggest frustrations. I have repeatedly received responses stating that my concerns would be “escalated,” but very few direct answers. I have also attempted to contact corporate multiple times with little or no meaningful response. My lease renewal process was also problematic. The renewal letter was never delivered directly to me. It was found by a neighbor and given to me after the fact. The dates in the letter were confusing, and I was expected to make a lease decision while still waiting for information I had requested months earlier regarding the mold testing. I also continue to pay a monthly pest control fee while regularly experiencing spiders and other insects in my apartment. My experience has been that repairs eventually get scheduled, but communication, follow-through, and transparency have been consistently lacking. If you are considering living here, I recommend asking detailed questions about maintenance response times, communication practices, and how environmental concerns such as water intrusion or mold testing are handled.

  Please fire the property manager lady her name is Tiffany ever since she came here this place has become a mess she not looking after this place there is trash and garbage everywhere we’ve been had roaches for almost a year now and nothing is being done they’ve put a big garbage container very close to our unit it’s absolutely trash and garbage near our unit as well is everywhere else it’s not being looked after at all please do something with her she not doing her job properly snd she ignored most of our needs and complaints we are not satisfied with her we are not paying this much rent to live next to a garbage container

  I guess we finally got a new maintenance man he is great and when he tells u he coming back he really does so hopefully that mean stuff will start getting fixed the right way and won't take months to get done
