- JMJustin MaukAug 18, 20265.0Moved into this complex a week ago. The experience has been incredible! The place was very clean upon entering. All appliances are in good working order. The atmosphere of the complex is very calming and the few neighbors we’ve seen so far have been quite friendly! Parking has not been an issue. The pool seems well-kept. The walls of the apartment are well-insulated. We contacted maintenance with a question and they responded almost immediately. We felt right at home when moving in!
- JBJonathan BermanJul 24, 20265.0Checking out SW Ohio as a possible retirement home for my wife and I two active seniors and Lebanon was always top locale but set aside a week to check out 20 complexes between Dayton and Cincinnati with Lebanon at the end. Got to Waters Bend and had tge blessing of having Chris (Angie and C Suite take notice). Perhaps I was prepared with four days of practice but Chris handled all quickly and perfectly. Left knowing exactly the fit for us and we will keep in touch as move approaches. Besides Chris, the facility is FANTASTIC. Turns out Lebanon (visited after) is a gem so only downside is community (large) is a bit away from the historic downtown. However, right near highway and large shopping center so rural but not isolated. A must see for anyone thinking of living in SW Ohio. Thanks Chris.

- SCSabrina ConleyJun 11, 20265.0Waters Bend has been an amazing place to live! I’ve lived in quite a few apartments over the years and this has been the best complex by far. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is beautiful and the unit is spacious. The pool and gym onsite are fantastic to have. The location is 15 minutes from almost anything you’d want whether it be a restaurant, grocery store or shopping. The maintenance team is excellent and quick to respond to any requests including after hours emergency calls.
