  We had Ashley as the realtor and Damien as the head of the construction. Bothof these two people were great! They were very patient and were there to answer all of our questions. Even after the sell waa completed, I have still emailed Damien for some simple questions. Even so our home is completed, he still goes out of his way to help or answer my questions. It has been a great experience! Thanks guys!

  We had a great experience. Dominic was an amazing Project Manager. As first time home owners he made sure to explain everything to us and has truly made us feel comfortable in our new home! Dominic was always available for us to walk through the house- he made us feel very included in the process. Alex and Ashley were also amazing during this process as well and were very patient with all of our questions. What a cool experience getting to see our home built from the ground up!

  First off, if you believe all the negativity on social media about Burr Oak and that discourages you from building a home here, you will never have your dream home. Ashley, Taylor, and Jordan all went above and beyond for me in every step of the way. The communication at each stage in the process was phenomenal. I am one to ask a ton of questions and I was never felt as though I was a burden for asking. I can honestly say I had zero issues in the entire build process-and that is saying a lot! I have built a custom home in the past, and I cannot say the same thing. Jordan has even come to my house and done things for me outside of his "normal" job, just to help me out. Ryan Homes have really hired some great people to help develop this subdivision! We are now in my dream home and we are loving it! I have zero regrets and I am so happy I chose to listen to my own experience instead of social media!

  Just wanted to drop a note. Trying to get questions answered. Either by text or email and seems like they would never get answered. The concrete work not the greatest at all. The electrician people put lots of holes in drywall and they put the outlets/fixtures still up with holes. WATER PRESSURE ISSUE is REALLY REALLY BAD. Contacted city of Sidney they told us RYAN HOMES are very aware of it. It's Ryan homes problem with the water tower just down the street. They putting in too small water lines. So if your looking to buy or having one built now check that out first. Putting sod/grass down they really don't put good dirt down so there are lots and lots of rocks.. And having issues with water standing in back yard and hasn't rained much at all. So they don't have that draining correctly.. Other than all that there's nothing much more to say. Just wish things would be better.
