  Extremely disappointed that I overpaid for my townhome in the Ryan Homes Wilson Ridge community in November 2024. I paid approximately $370k for my unit and now they are selling the same unit, same floor plans way below market value for $280k and less! I was told when I bought back in 2024 that I got in at the "right time" and buy now because if I wait, the next phases will be selling for $20-30k higher. Now they are selling for 80k-100k less than I paid! What a bait and switch. They will try to lure you in by telling you they'll throw in a 'Free' finished Rec Room. Well they are all built with a 'free' rec room. It's a sales pitch. I worked hard to put down 20% and now all of my equity is GONE! I may even be underwater now because Ryan Homes is devaluing these properties and giving them away! Home prices across central Ohio are NOT dropping, they are continuing to grow. Have they significantly downgraded the finishes and options to sell that much lower or are they trying to exit the community and move on to new, more profitable developments? I can understand a builder offering a discount or incentive on move-in ready inventory but what Ryan homes is doing is unethical. My neighbors who bought their homes around the same time I did also share my concern. We are just sick! Worst investment I ever made in my life!! I about blow a gasket in my head every time I look at the Franklin County Auditor site to see what homes in the community have recently sold for. It wouldn't shock me if Ryan homes just starts handing out keys for a free home to every new prospect that walks through the door.

  Rachel Weir was amazing to work with over the past two years. She patiently guided us through home building ideas, answered our many questions, and helped us to see the possibility of owning a new home. Though she moved to Ryan Homes new Rutherford Farm location in northern Delaware before we signed our contract at Terra Alta, we’re very grateful for her help and highly recommend her!

  Ian was very helpful throughout the whole process of my fiancé and my first home! He explained everything well and was always available when we had questions. Ian and everyone at Ryan homes has been welcoming and very helpful throughout it all.

  As a local realtor, I've had the opportunity to work with many builders, but this experience has been particularly disappointing. What should have been an exciting process for my clients has turned into a stressful and frustrating ordeal. I advise caution, especially when dealing with Ian, the sales rep here. Unfortunately, he has been very DISHONEST, and when confronted, instead of resolving the issue, Ian proceeds to call the police. Very disappointed in how Ryan treats their customers
