  Please look into property management AR building before moving here. You’ll get hit with a large amount at move out. Got hit with a 3k carpet replacement charge and I lived There for 3.5 years. I don’t deny that the carpet needed replaced due to my dog however the 1.5 markup that they have in the lease is against Ohio law and they did not consider the depreciation when calculating this amount. In the process of taking them to small claims court! There’s also a case in PA of the company doing the same thing. Look up Henry Mitchell against AR building in 2024. I’m going through the same thing in Ohio. I have the Attorney General and involved and a lawyer involved that is very interested in taking this case. Look them up on the bbb. Those reviews are not lying. The apartment complex is itself is kind of safe as we did have a car stolen from there. Maintenance is pretty fast. Cathy is there to help the company and not the residents. I can’t even reach a r building if I wanted too. I sent a certified letter and it was forwarded. Such a scam

  DO NOT MOVE HERE – PREDATORY MOVE-OUT FEESBe warned if you rent from this community or any A.R. Building Company property. Upon moving out, they hit me with a $2,800 carpet replacement charge that includes an automatic, predatory 1.5x markup written into their lease. This is a deceptive multi-state corporate pattern. In August 2024, Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry successfully won a major settlement against A.R. Building Company specifically for applying these illegal, inflated 150% markups to tenant security deposits.They are actively trying to bypass that consumer protection ruling by continuing the exact same predatory billing tactics on unsuspecting tenants. I have already filed formal consumer fraud complaints with the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I was there for 3.5 years and it was safe ish. We did have a car stolen in front of our house. Lots of teens around the pool each summer. Maintenance request were on time. Kathy works for a scam Company and it shows. Please research the Properly management before moving into this apartment and look at all of the lower reviews you will see similar reviews. I don’t mind paying for damages done by my dog, but what I’m not going to tolerate is a 1.5 markup and almost 3K for carpet replacement

  the office people are incredibly nice and fast with responses and amazing with clarification when needed. the apartment provides some good amenities along with hosting food trucks. the apartments feel like homes and are pretty spacious. maintenance people are super fun to be around and really fast with anything you need done. was a great experience especially compared to what i’ve heard about others and their experiences with their own landlords.

Poor Management The management at Indian Creek Apartments is a major issue. Communication is lacking, and when you finally receive a response, it’s usually too late to resolve any problems. This lack of efficient management creates a frustrating living environment for all residents. Maintenance Nightmares Maintenance requests take an excruciatingly long time to be addressed. Whether it’s a leaky faucet or a broken appliance, don’t expect quick fixes. The slow response times for maintenance issues are unacceptable and leave residents feeling ignored and undervalued. Run-Down Living Conditions The apartments themselves are in dire need of renovation. From outdated appliances to neglected common areas, it's clear that maintenance and upkeep are not priorities for management. Living in such conditions can be incredibly disheartening. Steep Rent Increases One of the most frustrating aspects of living at Indian Creek Apartments is the annual rent increase of 5 to 8%. This constant rise in rent feels exploitative and shows that management is more interested in profit than in providing a quality living experience. Conclusion In summary, I would strongly advise against choosing Indian Creek Apartments as your next home. The combination of poor management, slow maintenance responses, run-down facilities, and steep rent increases makes it a place to avoid. Do yourself a favor and look for a better option that values its residents.   Great place to live! The best upkeep of the grounds than any apartments in the area! Safe community, great price, friendly staff & great maintenance!
