- DSDavid Schweizer-RobinsonJun 15, 20265.0Absolutely wonderful customer service experience working with Will Grover as our sales Rep when looking at purchasing a home at Forest Ridge. Will was incredibly accommodating - taking us to various plots and explaining in detail boundary positions, advantages of each plot, house orientation etc. We changed our minds on which house model we were interested in during the process and Will was happy to show us around one that was under construction so we could get a feel for the new layout. Having dealt with sales reps in the past who are very aggressive in their sales tactics, Will was a breath of fresh air. He did give us options and discuss upgrades and extras - but at no point did we feel under pressure to get something we couldn't afford. His knowledge and experience was obvious, and its always good to hear that the rep selling you a Ryan Home lives in one himself! The location itself is stunning - a beautiful neighborhood, 15 minutes from the thriving and vibrant town of Kent. Most of the Ryan homes at this location are located on a new street, but there were also some plots nestled in existing streets between homes already there. All locations seemed beautiful, quiet, well kept and maintained. Many have no through roads or are on cul de sacs, so low traffic. We were worried about the proximity to the train tracks to the north - but after multiple visits over several hours, we heard one train in the distance and it wasnt disruptive at all. Incredible experience SO FAR with Ryan Homes - and Will Grover was exceptional 👏
