The community is also a short 5-minute drive from historic Downtown Powell, which has shops and restaurants. Residents at Bear Pointe enjoy the convenience of apartment living combined with the quaint, small-town feel of Powell. We offer two-bedroom garden-style apartments with walk-in closets and washer and dryer hookups. Outside of the home, residents enjoy our resort-style pool with sundeck during the summer months.
