  I was in the building and ran into Luke the Maintenance gentlemen, what a pleasant young man. We need more guys like him, you can tell he really loves his JOB.

  I’ve enjoyed my time living here and have not run into any issues with the property or their services. Maintenance is amazing, always on time and they’ve always fixed the issue the day of me mentioning it. Notably Brian has helped me out the most when it came to maintenance. They also have a pool, a park, and trails to walk on. Very nice place to stay especially for the price.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! we have been here for one single leasing term and will be moving into a more clean and sustainable place!!! roaches everywhere, unprofessional management, elevators are broken every other day and not being fixed at a timely manor, packages being stolen from the package room, fire alarms being pulled by kids, bad communication, and above all trashy! we wanted to upgrade to a bigger space and we were told very rudely no because accusations were made that our place reeked of “animal urine” when is 100% does NOT. we had cleaners the day management came and “inspected” for renual and they didn’t even step through the front door, but had claimed her eyes were burning although the professionals did not smell anything. management is untruthful about everything so it benefits them. they want to up our rent to a price that’s easily a 2 bedroom(we live in a small one bedroom with roaches that were promised to be taken care of). 1000% do not live here unless you want to deal with an unsanitary dumpster of a place with management who need to take a class in customer service. they act like they’re your friend until you move in!

  I wish I could give negative stars. The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. They sneak charges on your rent and hope you don’t notice and claim it’s your fault for not noticing and refuse to refund. 1 of 2 elevators have been broken for months and the other elevator keeps going down forcing tenants (especially elderly) to use the stairs. The pool is closed more than open. The back door isn’t secure and anyone can walk in. There are bug problems and the place is filthy. Taylor in the office needs serious customer service training. She has a temper and stomps around like a woman child. This company should be embarrassed by her behavior.
