  I moved into Valley York Apartments a little over two weeks ago. From day, one everybody in the leasing office has Made my move-in process so easy and pleasant. My apartment was clean and ready for me to set up my belongings. The building and property is kept clean and enjoyable. I am very happy with this entire process and experience.

  It really depends on the management in the office. The current management is very poor in communication and maintenance. There have been times they entered the apartment without notice or a phone call. They don’t keep up with trimming the branches. The heat is not sufficient in winter, and in summer it gets very hot. There are also issues with weed smell, flies, and insects. We’re in a building with six washers and six dryers, but only about two washers and two dryers actually work. We sent emails, and no one responded. We talked to the neighbors, and they’re also complaining. Everyone has sent emails, and no one is answering. We’ve lived here almost 5 years. The previous manager was great, and service was much better, but since the management changed, the only improvement is adding lights to the parking lot. Nothing else has been done. We are now very unhappy and looking to move out.

  The staff at Valley York are super helpful and kind. Any issues weve had theyve fixed immediately. Great apartments!
