  Moved in a couple weeks ago with my fiance, Gina and Francesca were absolutely wonderful to work with. They made the process super easy and quick, especially with all the questions we had lol. This is a great place to live, the neighbors we’ve met so far are really nice as well.

  I lived at Valley York Apartments for 8 years, and I had a great experience. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave, but I ended up moving out of town. The property was exactly what I was looking for—quiet, well-maintained, and in a great location. It’s conveniently close to downtown Parma and Tri-C, which made everything easily accessible. During the time I lived there, the management regularly upgraded units, and I was able to move into different renovated apartments on the property as those improvements were made. I always appreciated that they continued investing in the community. Overall, I highly recommend Valley York Apartments to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live in a convenient location. I truly enjoyed my time there and would have stayed if I hadn’t relocated.
