  DO NOT COME HERE - DO NOT RENT HERE -HONEST ADVISE! Our application process took three weeks, during which we faced continuous and shifting requests for documentation. Ultimately, we received a denial. Per the terms outlined at the start of the application process, the holding fee is only non-refundable if the applicant backs away or changes their mind. If the application is denied by management, the money is to be returned. WELL THEY DO NOT WANT TO RETURN OUR MONEY. We are now being told that the deposit will not be returned because a 72-hour window has passed. This contradicts the original agreement, as we could not have requested a refund within 72 hours while our application was still actively being reviewed by their office. Furthermore, communication from THEIR team throughout this three-week period was consistently delayed, making it impossible to address this matter sooner. I WANT the refund of my security deposit immediately!
