One of the things that drew us to this apartment complex, was the great reviews regarding the maintenance team and the responsiveness, and they did not disappoint! Whenever the occasional issue arose the team quickly addressed our concerns or reached out to keep us updated on what was to do. This complex also makes their residents feel incredibly welcome, with their multitude of social gathering events, giveaways and even individualized birthday cards with treats! The provided community pool and gym is very nice and always very well kept clean. We really enjoyed our time at Butternut Ridge and would highly recommend it to others looking for a apartment to stay at!
