  We recently moved into Butternut Ridge and I have to say the staff here has done nothing but take care of us. They are super fast and great at communicating. Shawn in the front office is nothing short of professional and fun. He's always available to answer any concerns I may have. Saige with maintenance is also so polite and great at getting things done quickly and efficiently. Our community is also fantastic. Everyone is very laid back! I love that the complex puts on community events and welcomes everyone to join.

  Great experience. I spoke with Shawn who was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. He's a great asset to the complex.

  We needed temporary housing before a move across the country. Found Butternut Ridge Apartments. This was a great find for us. The complex itself has many amenities, pool, workout room, coffee bar, grills, landscaping and walking areas. Everyone on the staff(Jessica, Shawn, Brandon, Al) that we dealt with, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself (2bdrm) has a nice setup. Jack and Jill bath, big living room w/fireplace. Response to maintenance issue(only 1 minor) was quick. Could use some updating, but everything was adequate. If we return to this area and need apartment living, Butternut Ridge will be a first choice.

  Do not rent here if you have a pet. They will make up lies that your pet has urinated on the carpet to get you to have to pay for new carpet. I stayed here for 3 months while I was finding a house after mine sold. I paid a $400 pet deposit and also extra money per month for having a pet. This was on top of the high amount of rent I paid for having a 3 month lease. The day I got my keys they informed me that my private garage was damaged and I wouldn't have it for a while. I did not complain or ask to have money taken off my lease. I believe it took 2 months until the garage was fixed. Then there was a leak in the hot water tank room that I didn't know about until I came home and they had entered my apartment without contacting me first and moved things around and didn't put them back. I let that go as well. The next day I noticed mold on the walls likely from the leak. I had about a 2 weeks left on my lease at this point. They didn't take care of that until after I moved out. I let that go as well. Then after several weeks of being out of the apartment, I get an invoice showing I owe over $900 because my pet urinated on the carpet. My dog has never urinated inside. Not even when he was a puppy. They showed me 2 pictures of the carpet pulled back with marks on the bottom of it. They claim they pull back the carpet after every lease to check but they refuse to send me the pictures from the carpet before I moved in. Plus, where the spots were were under my furniture. They are making this up to have me pay for new carpet. They are unethical liars.

  Gorgeous property! Lots of great amenities that look well-kept. The apartment looks fresh & modern & feels like home. Jess was also very helpful with the move in process!
