  Very poor quality "home" Leaking around the windows, and the roof. Worthless five year warranty that paid for nothing. Make sure to read the fine print in your contracts. I didnt. And I'm paying for it.

  We bought our home from Clayton Homes in New Lexington, OH last year and could not be happier. They followed through with everything they promised, and made themselves available to help anytime we needed. I definitely recommend purchasing from Clayton, they made the experience much better than we expected!

  We purchased this home for my parents. From the time we ordered it until the time it was set, they worked with us on every aspect. There were some difficulties and issues that arose through the process but Dan, Joe, and George was all very responsive and helped find solutions. There are always unplanned things that happen with every home buy. These guys took care of things from manufacturer mistakes to small details. They stayed in contact and made sure everything was correct. Even after the sale was final and the house was completed, I was able to message them and get information about the siding within a matter of an hour. Thanks guys! You done a great job for us! My parents love their new house! Ken Darby
