    This was our first build and Courtney Jackson made it a fun and happy experience! Answering all the crazy questions we had and helping us threw everything. We could not have asked for a better representative than her. Hands down would recommend coming and seeing her if you are looking to build a new and beautiful home in the Morrow area. Our contractor Charlie was just as equal, helping us through the building process and informing us every step of the way. It's crazy how fast the whole process went and they built my family and me a wonderful home! Awesome communication on everyone's part and all around a fantastic experience.

    Courtney and the whole team was amazing. The process was simple and everyone always answered all questions and concerns. Not to mention everything was done early.

    Highly recommend building a house with the team in Woodlands in Morrow. Our experience started out with Dan Puel. Dan was very professional, responsive, and was able to get us into a house for the price we could afford. He called me regularly to make sure everything was going smooth after the Sales process. Elizabeth Galan on the finance side of things was also great to work with she was very nice, and had answers to all of my questions. Throughout the process our Project Manager Kevin Danbury was awesome. Kevin was on the ball throughout the whole process, he called every week to give me updates, and asked me if I had any questions. Anytime we identified a problem it was not even questioned but instead immediately corrected. We have been in the house for a little over two weeks now and everything is great. Make sure to ask for Dan when you inquire about a new home, and definitely take advantage of having such a great project manager like Kevin Danbury.
