- DTDan ThomasJul 17, 20245.0Ryan homes is a quality builder and the staff is very professional . The best priced new homes in the Geauga County area . I was hesitant at first to purchase a new home but it was well worth the effort . The end product or home exceeds my expectations. They have third party inspectors and a great warranty program. A one year exclusive warranty on everything , two years on the mechanical systems and 10 years on the structure so be reassured of the Ryan promise. In Geauga county they really inspect every phase to meet codes and Ryan has a full time project manager who is pivotal to the success of the construction process . All in all , a great contractor. D. - MBMihir BiswasApr 8, 20244.0Everything is fine except one concern. I am out of state buyer. During the first meeting I deposit the money and they show me some lots to choose from. We selected the lot and sign the purchase agreement. We had a virtual meeting next week. That meeting I came to know that the building as per our requirements can not be built. So they wants to change the lot. They offer me some lots to choose from. Some of the lot have extra payment required but no additional cost to us. So this is nice. But we are still worried what new changes may come in future. Hope there will be no more changes so we can move to our new home without any difficulty.
