  My family and I are very happy with our home. The quality is outstanding, and the customer care has been just as impressive. The team was thorough and reassuring throughout the build, and any post-build issues were handled quickly and professionally. Caleb was especially helpful—always responsive, quick to follow through, and great about checking in to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, a great experience with Pulte. Highly recommend!

  We had been in contact via email with an employee named WENDY DOYLE. While we were on the road, we intended to call her to request an appointment for the same day to view the property. During our first call, she answered briefly and then hung up after a couple of seconds. Assuming it was accidental, we called again and left a voicemail. On our third attempt, we simply wanted to clarify that if we could not schedule a visit for today, we would no longer be interested.However, when she answered the third call, before we could say anything, she began shouting at us, asking who we were, and warning us not to call again. She stated that she would report our number if we call one more time and that she was with a client, then abruptly hung up on us and told us stop calling her. We could not had a chance to introduce ourselves.This was an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional interaction

  I would like to say that there is a great mix of wonderful people in this community. The community park and walking paths are fantastic. I would suggest as I would anywhere, prior to buying a home or prior to signing for a new build by Pulte, make sure that you get a home inspection completed by a highly rated home inspector. Protect yourself with a better piece of mind.

  My experience with the Pulte team was fantastic. I utilized all Pulte services and everything was professional and very well communicated. Most importantly, the house really does feel like it was well built and that it will pass the test of time(props to my construction manager Nick). Looking forward to breaking the house in and hopefully getting everything that crops up taken care of at the 1-year warranty review mark. Choose Pulte with confidence!

  Buying our home at Brookview Reserve with Pulte Homes was truly a top-tier experience! From the very beginning, Wendy was absolutely amazing to work with. She guided us through every single step of the process, making sure we understood everything and that all of our needs and wishes for our new home were met. Her dedication and attention to detail gave us so much confidence along the way. We also can’t say enough great things about Nate, our construction manager. He went above and beyond to ensure everything in our home was completed with the highest quality. Even after the walk-through, he scheduled additional fixes on things we hadn’t even noticed ourselves—talk about outstanding care and professionalism! Between Wendy’s outstanding support and Nate’s commitment to excellence, the entire process exceeded our expectations. We are beyond grateful and couldn’t be happier with our new home. Highly recommend Pulte Homes at Brookview Reserve!
