  If you’re considering building a home with Pulte, I can’t say enough good things about our experience, especially because of Steve and Nate. Steve, who we worked with from the very beginning in sales, was absolutely incredible. Building a home can feel overwhelming with so many decisions to make, but Steve made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. He took the time to answer every question we had, explain all of our options, and guide us through each decision without ever making us feel pressured. We always felt like he genuinely wanted us to choose what was best for our family, not just make a sale. His communication was truly 10/10. He was always quick to respond, kept us informed throughout the process, and consistently went above and beyond. One moment that really stood out to me was when the framing of our home went up. We happened to be on vacation that week, and without us even asking, Steve went out to the homesite, took photos of our house, and sent them to us so we wouldn’t miss such an exciting milestone. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and is something we’ll always remember. It perfectly reflects the level of care and customer service he provides. I also want to give a huge shout-out to our construction manager, Nate. He was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was always responsive whenever we had questions or concerns, and he made sure everything was addressed in a timely and professional manner. Building a home naturally comes with questions along the way, and it was incredibly reassuring knowing we could count on Nate. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to explain things and make sure we felt comfortable. Both Steve and Nate made what could have been a stressful experience into an exciting and enjoyable one. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care for their customers truly exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for everything they did to help bring our dream home to life, and we would highly recommend working with them to anyone considering building with Pulte.   I did it did this a couple times trying to find the right balance of words between factual and emotional so I think it's best to leave it at this. Steve was rude to me so I am buying a house from someone else.
