  Honestly worst customer service in their leasing office. Trying to talk to someone to get power put in my name and have them not even work with me is just horrendous. I don't know why you felt the need to give me attitude when I was informed by the power company that I needed a meter number or pre existing account number. That is very standard. So maybe I don't know dont give your soon to be tenants attitude when they need help putting utilities in their name. Do better? And thank God I decided to not move here.

  Quiet, clean, safe neighborhood, and very spacious apartments. Maintenance is usually quick to fix big issues, smaller ones may take a day or too. I have been here over a year and a half and I have no complaints besides the fact that they need to put a generator in for the elevators. Very inconvenient when the power goes out since they're such big buildings. Love it here.

  I have lived at Hamilton house for 6 years and I must say that the management team and maintenance staff truly are the best, the response to work requests and taking care of the common area repairs always happen so fast!

  Recently bought a house and had to leave here. I would say this place has the best management staff, and the whole neighborhood is pretty quiet. Maintenance guys are also helpful and they got the work done really fast.
