  I really enjoyed living here. The apartment community is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with Kroger, Walmart, Costco, and many restaurants, shops, and other convenient places nearby. The maintenance team is responsive and completes requests quickly. The property manager and office staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall, it has been a great place to live, and I would highly recommend it.

  I had the pleasure of living here for a few years. The rooms are quality, the amenities are nice and the people who work there are wonderful. Maintenance requests were always completed in a timely fashion. I'd never imagine I'd feel compelled to review a place I lived at years ago, but shopping around for new apartments makes me miss this one. I want to give a shout out to their application process. The floor plans they provide are a cut above, made it much easier to figure out which space I wanted. Listing a rough price estimate on the website without having to contact them and do the whole song and dance is wonderful.

  We love the Grandstone! So much so, we left to go out of country and moved back here. I love the staff, they become friends and are very attentive to anything that comes up. They have underground parking & elevators which is so nice and convenient! My husband loves the fitness center, & the lobby always is stocked with amazing coffee, teas, & hot coco. The business center is easily accessible as well… & the pool!!! It’s so beautiful and well kept. My kids enjoy. The grounds are very maintained! I highly recommend this place. It’s very nicely located to theater, eateries & parks!

  Agree with all the positive reviews! This has been a wonderful place to live! No complaints. Building: When we moved in, it felt as if everything was perfectly new - very clean and the appliances were in excellent condition. The building includes a gym (cardio machines, some weights, cable machine, etc.), lobby (games and coffee), and pool (seating area, grill, etc.) - all well maintained and great to have access to Management/Staff: Brittani and Mary are great! Excellent communication, understanding, and I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned their resident/client-first approach Location: Very conveniently located next to Kroger, Walmart, Graeter's, Panera, etc. If you commute to downtown, takes about 25-30 minutes without traffic.
