  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have been living at The District at Deerfield for about 1 year and 3 months, and our experience has been wonderful. As a family with two small children, finding a safe, comfortable, and family-friendly community was very important to us, and The District has been a great place to call home. The apartments are brand new, beautiful, modern, and luxurious, and the community is in a great location in the Mason/Deerfield Township area. Most importantly, we want to sincerely thank all of the staff members. Everyone has always treated our family with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Whenever we needed something, they were helpful and welcoming. Thank you to the entire team at The District at Deerfield for taking such good care of our family and for making our time here so enjoyable. We truly appreciate everything and are grateful to have been part of this wonderful community. Highly recommended, especially for families with children! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  It’s been a fantastic experience so far! Molly has been amazing. She answered all of my questions prior to move in and made the entire process smooth and easy. The community is brand new, and everything inside feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is a huge plus. There are already several great places within walking distance, including 50 West, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Pins Mechanical, and 101 Craft Kitchen, and there are also many open spaces which makes it exciting to see what’s coming next. It’s a fun, walkable area that really feels like a growing community. I’m very happy with my decision to live here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, lively area to be in!

  Since the move in process, this apartment complex has been nothing but great! The staff is very nice and are always willing to lend a hand. The area itself is also great and the apartment itself is a very relaxing setting.

  Moved here a few months ago, a whole new area was very nervous at first but the apartment has made me and my roommate feel at home. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The area is very nice especially for new graduates with Jenis, Pins, Craft all right down stairs. Great place to live!

  Looks like a beautiful apartment community from the outside and what I could see from their office. Had to cancel the appointment upon arrival because no one let me know their breed restrictions earlier in the day when I booked. They do not allow German Shepherds and I don't see that information on their website. Will be browsing other locations.
