  Communication from this company is exceptionally slow. Even identifying them was a challenge after they took over our HOA, as they made minimal effort to inform residents of the transition—notifying us only via email rather than sending a formal letter. Since they assumed management, the neighborhood has noticeably declined. Currently, there are 11 homes with weeds exceeding 24 inches in height. The enforcement of community standards is virtually non-existent in certain areas, particularly near the newer homes selling for over $600K. Neither Schmidt Builders nor Dallis Designer Homes seems concerned with maintaining the lots they are actively selling, as these properties are completely uncared for. Additionally, several homeowners fail to treat or trim weeds, rarely mowing in time to maintain the required height limit. It is disheartening to watch a once-beautiful neighborhood fall into disrepair over the past three years.

  We work with PMI as a tree vendor offering Tree Pruning and Removal Services. They are a great company to work with and always great at communicating with us. Happy to be a vendor and help beautify their communities.
