  This Review Is of Mallard, But Really Ashley Wyatt. We have lived here about 6 years. Went through a-lot of Managers And Stuff. But Everyone Has worked with us And Helped out. But Ashley Has been Phenomenal! She Has been on top of Any problem We have had. Tried her Best, And always Communicates clearly and Makes it pretty Understandable! Great Area. Neighbors are Pretty chill. And Stores all around! Whatever Ashley gets paid It should be more. She Is always out Running and Chatting. She’s just the Best! Thanks Ashley for Always Having our Back!

  Bad place to live. They have a lot of people moving in and out because they keep raising their rent. Everyone has large dogs and there have been dog fights because people can't control the big dogs. I was bitten by a German Shepherd while helping my mother move out. If you don't sign a lease, they charge you $200. extra per month. They trap you so it's harder for you to move. My mother couldn't afford $1400. per month. Couldn't afford extra $200. per month for not signing a lease. If you're on a fixed income, you'll be in a bad situation. Making people pay the rest of the lease while paying rent at the new place that she can actually afford. Better Business Bureau should look into this.

  I have lived in Mallard Landing for a little over 8 months now, and I have been very pleased with the property manager Ashley!! I have had a few small issues and Ashley is allows on to take care of them. If you are looking for a good apartment in the Marion area that allows pets, I would check them out.

  I have absolutley loved living here! Affordable, nice apartments, pet friendly! Managment is great. Couldnt be happier with where I live :)
