  I am a recent home buyer out of the Marion Ohio Clayton homes location. I was dealing with Mrs Detweiler. For several years I was looking to build a home in the local area of Marion and was having great difficulty with contractors not wanting to call me back. I would tell them my timelines and was promised quick replies and quotes which never came. Growing tired of waiting months to years for a serious commitment to build I started checking into other options and this is when I came across Clayton homes. I stopped in on a Saturday seeing how I have a demanding work schedule and Mrs. Detweiler was more than willing to come in on a day off to meet with me. She worked hard to find a home plan that fit with my needs and fit my available budget. At first I was skeptical due to my past dealings with contractors but she was fast in finding solutions and made the entire process easy. With the end of the year coming on fast, seasons and weather were becoming a serious concern but Mrs. Detweiler and the build supervisor Heather were spectacular in keeping the pace of the home build moving. It was incredible to see the speed of the progress from ground breaking, foundation building, home setting, and finishing of the home. I was living on site in an RV trailer so I got to see it all. From signing papers to completed home were around 3-4 months. Simply incredible. I am very happy with the home I got, it even feels much larger than when I toured the model after I got all my possessions into it. I have owned manufactured homes for many decades and I have to say this one is by far the best, most solid one I have ever owned. If you are in a similar situation that I was, tired of not being called back, Go see Clayton Homes of Marion. I guarantee you won't be sorry.
