  My husband and I came in looking to shop around to figure out our expectations for the building/buying process. Nickie helped us gain a better understanding of the entire process. She showed us homes and gave us plenty of info on the different types of homes that best fit our budget. She was honest and did not give the “sales rep” vibe. She was genuine and helpful. We look forward to our home buying process because of her! Thank you, Nickie.

  Please please please do not buy from Clayton......they first rip you off and tell ya what you wanna hear.....then when it comes time for them to step up and help you it's all half assed.....me and my wife purchased a home from the Marion Ohio branch in 2023.....the place is absolutely junk.....we have had them come out 3 or 4 time to fix stuff and they only fix what they want....half assed again.....then they put you off for months and you have to call and remind them they still have work to do for you....same shit over and over....then guess what your 2 year time guarantee runs out and they tell you sorry we can't come help you after 2 years.....when they were here 3 or 4 time already supposedly doing what I had on this list I made 3 time and sent to them and still when they were here only did what they wanted....if ya ask me they are a joke and thieves and clowns....and sell you junk.....like I said in the beginning.....please please please don't buy from them.....and if ya do.....hope you like going through bull shit and ya like getting robbed....mark my words
