  Thankyou Nicki Flare for taking us on our tour , she was very honest and up front worked well with our family as we brought our two kids with us. she walked us through many options and answered all our questions. We appreciate the time she took with us.

  So if anyone is looking to buy their forever home with Clayton Homes of Marion, I highly recommend Jake and his team! They are all amazing but Jake was hands down one of the best! From the minute we met him to the last piece of paper we signed on our closing day he was amazing and I threw many curve valls at him because I had a ton of questions and even more changes I wanted made! He handled every question and request with such knowledge and honesty and if there was something I wanted that he knew wouldn’t be a go for whatever reason he would tell me. He was very transparent throughout our whole process and I just can’t sing his praises enough. We LOVE our home and couldn’t have done it without his help! Thank you so much Jake!!

  If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the people he works with, ask for Jake. My mom is a first-time home buyer, and what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process was made so much easier because of him. From day one, Jake has been incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. No question was too small, no concern was dismissed, and he consistently took the time to explain everything in a way that made my mom feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. What stands out most is that Jake doesn't treat people like just another sale. He truly goes above and beyond to help, advocate, and make sure everything is moving in the right direction. His communication has been excellent, his professionalism is unmatched, and his willingness to help has exceeded every expectation we had. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make, and having someone like Jake in your corner makes all the difference. Clayton Homes is fortunate to have him, and our family is incredibly grateful for everything he has done for my mom.
