  Arrowhead is a great place to live. My apartment is clean and spacious. Betsy was a great help in finding my new home.

  The only problem is there are no blocked out parking spots in front of bldgs for new tenants to park vehicles while moving in, and you can't park in the lane that takes you to the parking lots [between bldgs: there are tow signs]. Every single spot up near the bldg was taken at every hour of the day. There should be a "future tenant" spot like up by the leasing office. Unless you have the ability to park in a handicapped spot, you will be walking w boxes, carrying furniture long distances into the bldg. Also, parking lots are tight, people park crooked and I can see the high potential for vehicle damage. On the brightside, despite hearing apt noise in the common hallway, I cannot hear these noises carrying into my apt. Unlike newer complexes, this one has mature trees and a park like setting about it. Not to mention on the Loveland trail. Amazingly, cannot hear 275 and basically just hear birds singing when outside. So far, no noisy cars/bass, etc.

  I came for a tour and possibly looking to live in the community. I was shown great hospitality. Thank you Michael for the tour and also keeping me updated on the property.

  I have very high levels of anxiety and ADHD. I applied for the apartment and Betsy has been amazing through the whole process. And I decided wanted to stop in as hadn’t received an email after been approved the previous day about signing lease and want to be sure didn’t miss anything or my deposit. Believe it was mike or Michael that helped answer my question and look my application up. Made sure I left feeling better and excited to move into my new apartment!
