The build quality is excellent and the team was professional and supportive throughout the process. The sales and construction teams kept me informed and made sure everything was ready on time. The mortgage process had a few hiccups with repeated document requests and last-minute communication around closing, which caused a slight delay in getting my keys. However, the team eventually resolved everything and I am very happy with my new home. I would definitely recommend Pulte and would rate my experience
