  I question the faculties of anyone who thinks that Leticia is a competent property manager and her team is at all effective. I spent several years at Remington Woods and in my opinion things went sour with this regime. Litter was abundant, pool access was not monitored at all nor was the trash compactor which led to piles of garbage over the weekends. And not to mention the liability of untrained minors operating an unsupervised potential deathtrap. The maintenence staff are nice and helpful, but they are hamstringed by poor policies and the turnover is frequent.

  Office staff at The Residences at Remington Woods is friendly and helpful. They provided the best help when I reached out to them after signing the application. Really good community and very close to all major locations.

  Do not rent from this complex. I lived her for 18 months and within those 18 months they went through 2 management companies. The ladies in the office are so rude and do not care about helping you at all. We went through hell and back just to get our deposit back (you can go to The Solomon Organization to read the reviews about the company that manages them) and it took 68 days instead of the 30 like it states in our lease. Parking is horrible and they do not respond to your phone calls. When you finally get a hold of them they talk to you like it is such a burden that you call. The only good this about this complex is the maintenance workers which are nice and respond fast.
