  I regret this being my first appartments experience, as soon as my lease is over I am gone. The appartment comes with holes, trash, mold, and bugs, and if you ask for them to fix things like that which should NEVER be an issue, you will be charged for it. Moving into a vacant appartment with roaches is absolutely ridiculous. Doors, windows, and holes in walls leading outside welcome pests and infection in no matter how clean your home is. I was also yelled at by one of the maintenance workers when I expressed my concerns for mold and was told our water damaged floors and leading furnace was "normal and fine." Trash is all over the complex, and they spend more money on landscaping than they do actually making sure the tenants are safe.

  Maintenance is rude, and appartments have mold and roaches they will not fix. If you lease here make it short if you want healthy lungs and no bugs in your home!

  Over 2 months later all of this is still a issue. Pay alot in rent for the siding of the apartment to be off/look like trash. Let alone the birds and other animals now in the wall. We have a no trash outside policy besides for all the siding that sits behind our ac units. If you have to wait on the vendor we should get a discount in rent its not my fault your vendor is slow in repairs. My mothers house who also had siding ripped off was fixed in less than a week. I can edit/update or delete once its fixed but we pay way to much for this to be a problem for over a month to then ask for a eta and be told we dont have one.
