The management is extremely unprofessional, communication is terrible, and getting anyone to actually address an issue feels nearly impossible. Concerns are either ignored, pushed off, or handled with temporary fixes instead of actual solutions.

The staff is so polite and the accommodations are always so surprising, it truly feels like the staff does everything they can to help and be there for their residents. They have fun sign on bonuses and community events/ activities. Me and my wife signed on for 14 more months and we were able to spin the wheel as a bonus and we won a pizza party, to which they were so helpful when we walked in to ask for that! Always greeted with a smile at the HQ. The apartments are so new and clean/updated with great high quality appliances. Whenever there have been any issues, they have been met and fixed within an 30 minutes to an hour. Overall great staff, polite community, and great environment!! Best first apartment experience!
