Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this company. I paid my application fee and admin fee $380 no problem there they took it out of my account the same day. I was supposed to get the refund of $300 for admin fee they used check said was mailed was never cashed but check was never received. They said they can stop payment and reissue check but it’s going to cost me $50. Which is totally unfair this is a problem on their end they can take money out as soon as you pay but not able to put it back in your account ? So they made an extra $50 off me I’m sorry but this is so wrong. Very disappointed. This is in no way against Christy in the office she’s just doing what she is told. She is a very respectful person to deal with.

We have been here 1 week and we are so happy with our experience! The office staff, (Cassie and Christina) are so helpful and cheerfully answer all my questions. We have had Sy touch up a couple of things and oh my goodness! It was taken care of right away, he was prepared the moment he walked in and fixed everything, above and beyond what our experience has been elsewhere. He really is a blessing! Our neighborhood is friendly, quiet and the surroundings are so pretty! We are very happy to be here! Thank you all so much!!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with maintenance at Lancaster Midtown Apartments, specifically Sy. Over the weekend, my hot water tank unexpectedly exploded and flooded my apartment with about an inch of standing water. It was a stressful situation, to say the least. But Sy stepped in and completely turned things around. Even though it was his day off, he came in without hesitation and spent hours helping me replace the hot water heater, clean up all the water, and get everything under control. He made sure I had fans and everything needed to start drying things out immediately. What really stood out to me was that he didn’t just stop with my apartment but he also checked on my neighbors to make sure they were taken care of as well. Sy went far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. His professionalism, work ethic, and genuine care made a huge difference during a very stressful time. It’s rare to find someone that dedicated. If this is the level of service at Lancaster Midtown Apartments, you’re in great hands. Huge thank you to Sy for everything he did. I truly appreciate it!

Quiet place! This is our second time here, and we love it. Also- the food trucks every month is a great perk.
