  We have been here 1 week and we are so happy with our experience! The office staff, (Cassie and Christina) are so helpful and cheerfully answer all my questions. We have had Sy touch up a couple of things and oh my goodness! It was taken care of right away, he was prepared the moment he walked in and fixed everything, above and beyond what our experience has been elsewhere. He really is a blessing! Our neighborhood is friendly, quiet and the surroundings are so pretty! We are very happy to be here! Thank you all so much!!

  I can’t say enough great things about my experience with maintenance at Lancaster Midtown Apartments, specifically Sy. Over the weekend, my hot water tank unexpectedly exploded and flooded my apartment with about an inch of standing water. It was a stressful situation, to say the least. But Sy stepped in and completely turned things around. Even though it was his day off, he came in without hesitation and spent hours helping me replace the hot water heater, clean up all the water, and get everything under control. He made sure I had fans and everything needed to start drying things out immediately. What really stood out to me was that he didn’t just stop with my apartment but he also checked on my neighbors to make sure they were taken care of as well. Sy went far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. His professionalism, work ethic, and genuine care made a huge difference during a very stressful time. It’s rare to find someone that dedicated. If this is the level of service at Lancaster Midtown Apartments, you’re in great hands. Huge thank you to Sy for everything he did. I truly appreciate it!

  Office staff are timely and courteous with all requests. They offer suggestions where they are able and responsive when policies allow them to Beso. Justin, Cassie, Kristen, and Gary are always professional.

  Lancaster Midtown is an exceptional community to live whether you’re looking for temporary or long-term residency. The grounds are always kept clean and the landscaping is maintained so that it is fresh at all times. Any service requests are responded to promptly and completed efficiently thanks to the maintenance crew. The office staff, Kristin and Cassie, are very friendly, professional and go out of their way to provide assistance when needed.

  Great place to live. Quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery, shopping and food. Management and maintenance, Cassie, Kristin, Justin and Gary are very responsive to all requests. Highly recommend!
