  My husband and I contacted Ryan Homes regarding the Lake Manor community in Lake Township because we were seriously interested in purchasing a home there. We already knew the floor plan we wanted, the community we were interested in, and the upgrades we planned to select. We simply needed pricing information and wanted to discuss our options. Unfortunately, our experience with the sales representative (Janet) was extremely disappointing. Instead of focusing on the homes, floor plans, and pricing we requested, much of the conversation centered on our professions, finances, and ability to afford a home. Despite repeatedly explaining that we were serious buyers, we were told that no pricing information could be provided and that we could not be assisted until we visited the community in person. We requested pricing information and even offered to schedule a virtual meeting, but those requests were refused. When we asked for a supervisor’s contact information, we were given a customer service number instead. The interaction felt dismissive, unprofessional, and left us feeling profiled rather than valued as potential customers. My husband is a disabled veteran, and together we are established professionals with multiple real estate investments. This is not our first home purchase, and it certainly will not be our last. We should not have felt the need to justify our financial standing simply to obtain basic information about homes we were interested in purchasing. Lake Manor appears to be a beautiful community, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We hope Ryan Homes reviews how prospective buyers are treated and ensures all customers are provided with the same level of professionalism, respect, and courtesy.

  Every step of the home building process, from first consult to final walk through was executed with care and exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased that the project timeline stayed on schedule and closed on the forecasted date. This took away a lot of stress that often comes with selling a home and moving into a new one. The project team was very responsive to our requests and took special responsibility of ensuring everything was built the right way, the first time. Ryan homes is efficient and effective with producing quick, quality homes and this is a product of their team's ability to manage the schedule of each trade on site. We choose Lake Manor because it is in a prime location, with great schools and quiet. We look forward to building friendships with neighbors soon!

  This is our first time building a new home and everyone with Ryan Homes has made this an easy process. Our Sales Rep, Mark, lead us through the initial process and helped us with our selections for the perfect home for our family! Our Project Manager, Ross, has been excellent throughout the entire construction process. Communication has been great - we are always kept up to date on the progress of our home's construction and if we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed promptly and with the utmost professionalism. The Lake Manor development is going to be a great place to raise our family in the years to come!

  The experience has been phenomenal! From the very beginning working with Mark throughout the sales process to the build process with Ross, everything has been amazing. As with any build, there have been minor issues that come about, but Ross has been amazing and addressed them before we can even bring them up. This community is really starting to come together and Ryan homes have done an outstanding job! I recommend without any reservation Lake Manor, Ryan Homes, Mark and Ross for all the have done!!!
