  Mixed experience — good maintenance, but difficult management experience The maintenance team was one of the best parts of living here. They were responsive, helpful, and generally did a good job addressing maintenance requests. Unfortunately, my experience with management was very different. I had a serious roommate situation that made my living environment extremely stressful for almost a year. I contacted management multiple times and even had documentation from my university supporting my need to change my housing situation. However, I was repeatedly told that they could not help without my roommate’s consent, which made it extremely difficult to sublease or find a replacement tenant. I also had a frustrating experience with a $40 NSF fee that I disputed and provided bank documentation regarding, but I was ultimately still required to pay. Overall, I appreciated the maintenance team, but I was disappointed with how management handled my housing situation. I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing the roommate, sublease, and lease-change policies before signing.
