To anyone considering moving here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I made the mistake of living at Eagles Landing for two years, and it was a constant disappointment. The water was shut off multiple times a month, the on-site laundromat often failed to fully wash or dry clothes (at $2 per load), and overall, the property simply does not provide value for the price. There are many better housing options in Kent.
Management has also made numerous promises that were never fulfilled. The maintenance team is unresponsive and ineffective. For example, broken glass and trash sat in the hallway outside our unit for months without being addressed, until we personally brought it to their attention.
Save yourself the frustration—Eagles Landing is not worth it.

I would absolutely not recommend these apartments to anybody. Last year the apartment went under new management and the new manager is incredibly rude, plus the living quality itself has decreased since she took over. All while raising rent yearly.
My best example is when we had a routine maintenance smoke detector check where my roommate and I did not see a warning email. We both woke up to two grown men bursting into our bedrooms, knocking/announcing themselves as they entered without giving us time to wake up or prepare. As a college aged woman it was terrifying and violating. When I emailed the manager with my concerns she said that it wasn’t her fault that we didn’t get the email and was very passive aggressive and unhelpful.
Aside from that there was a water shut off for a whole day meant to improve plumbing, that then caused all our drains to suddenly drain slowly/clog. This was not resolved by time we moved out. The apartments are also just old and falling apart. The towing company for the complex act like vultures, dumpsters are always overflowing, and there are no locks on the complexes to keep complete strangers from just walking into your building.
Overall just an awful experience.

I lived there for many years while studying in KSU. It’s safe and affordable.
