  We had a great experience working with Merluz! She helped us find and purchase our forever home and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She treated us very well, was professional, friendly, and always made sure we understood everything. We really appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment! She remembered my name after a month of looking around

  I lived in this greyson apartment for 1 year full paid when I relocate I came to the office and give them their keys after cleaning the appartement 4251 in Hilliard guess what they send me to collection for fridge cleaning fees that they Never tell me before they never email me or call me suddenly I got collection in my credit report -100 points if I can pay 12 months without missing one month do you think im gonna play with fridge fees or any other fees when I call them they just apologized so what is that gonna do for me apologize after I got -100 points you need to be careful with your file they are scam

  Preliminary note. Greyson I know you’ll give the same trash response you give to every single last negative review but I can assure you, the only people reading that response from you is prospective renters. Not this current renter. If you’re looking to rent here please do yourself an enormous favor and listen to the negative reviews, they aren’t exaggerative one bit. I’ve lived at 5 different complexes since 2018 and none of them have come anywhere close to this. There are quite literally just as many parking spots as there are apartment units. Which means given the fact that many renters have more than one car and that renters have guests stay over on weekends, parking is so unbelievably nonexistent you will find yourself parking on the complete opposite side of the complex regularly even on weekdays. Add to it that many renters have in their heads that they’re entitled to a given parking spot, your car is getting keyed guaranteed. When other reviewers say the walls are paper thin, that’s an understatement. I would never have expected to be able to hear my neighbors so clearly through the walls that I can hear every word they say even if they’re speaking in a very low tone of voice. The garbage situation. Oh wow the garbage situation. No really, WOW the garbage situation is absolutely nuts! You would never expect it to be so annoying but let this reviewer assure you, I’m talking about an actual mountain of trash every single week that persists for days. I’m shocked the waste company will even entertain continuing servicing this complex. As far as amenities go? Pool, disgusting. I had to clarify with the leasing office that it’s not a salt water pool. Because, you know, salt water pools are a thing. Nope it’s just so under maintained that the water actually tastes salty should you get it in your mouth. Gym? Trashed and absolutely filthy. My apartment? Upon moving in the dish washer was filled, like FILLED folks. I’m talking filled with hair clippings…. Told the leasing office, no pick up no response Refrigerator hadn’t been deep cleaned, it was filled with stains and sticky dried up juices. Told the leasing office, no pick up, no response. Doors covered in mystery substances. Told the leasing office. No response Bathtub was resurfaced so they could save money on installing a new one. That said surface began delaminating and pealing leaving us with a tub that looks dilapidated and difficult to clean. Told the leasing office multiple times, no response. All the doors have to be pulled shut or forced open because the striker plate notch on the frame wasn’t notched out and they just screwed them on anyhow. For someone with knowledge of interior construction it’s a simple fix but when every single door does that it’s a joke. I could go on about all the little things that you pay good rent for don’t receive but I’ll end this review here. Greyson, wake up tomorrow and do better.

  The process of signing the lease and getting the move-in set up has been difficult and annoying and it's so clear that they are just trying to farm and sell all of our data! I'm now getting bombarded with emails phone calls and text messages from organizations that I never wanted to have my information!
