- ASAvery SmithAug 6, 20262.0If I could give zero stars, I would. One of the biggest issues with this apartment complex is the constant noise. It's become common for children to scream and play loudly between the apartment buildings for hours at a time, often without any supervision. While I understand that kids will be kids, there is a point where excessive noise and disruptive behavior become unacceptable, especially when it affects other residents' ability to enjoy their homes. It's frustrating because this community offers several amenities where children can play, yet the areas directly outside residents' apartments continue to be used as gathering spots. This has been an ongoing issue, and despite repeated concerns, nothing has changed and there seems to be little accountability. If you're looking for a quiet place to live, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
