  I moved here with high hopes, but the reality has been far from ideal. The electric bill is outrageously high, kids incessantly ring the doorbell, and the trash is left in the breezeways. Parking is a constant struggle, and the office never answers the phone. You have to physically go up there to speak to anyone. If you ever fall ill or lose hours at work and they file an eviction, they refuse to cooperate. They only care about getting their money, or you’ll be homeless with your children. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors upstairs stomping or their kids running. The pool is perpetually closed for maintenance, and the gym is always packed, as if it’s the Arnold Schwarzenegger classic. The Greystone has become a graveyard for me.

  With weather like this, it’s incredibly frustrating that the pool is closed for maintenance, and nobody even knows when it will reopen. It doesn’t make any sense. The pool wasn’t even open for a full month, especially considering it opened so late this season because of previous repairs. In my opinion, the quality of this condominium has really declined. .

  Great place! The community feels nice is very well maintained! Merluz helped us with absolutely everything. We were moving from out of state and she made it all a lot easier. If you’re looking for another complex I’d say this one seems to be a very solid choice!

  The move-in process from getting a place leased plus making sure all the payments and fees were made in time. The leasing staff has been great at making sure new residents feel comfortable in their apartments. Highly recommend the complex.

  I really enjoy living in this apartment complex. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank the two ladies in the office for their excellent customer service. They are professional, kind, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. They make living here a great experience. Highly recommended!
