  We enjoyed the Cinco Demio gathering last weekend. Tammy was wonderful hostess, attending to everyone and exceptional decorating the clubhouse.

  Moved in 2 months ago and still can’t say enough nice things. The apartment is more like a townhouse… modern, roomy and up to date. The community is quiet and well kept. Tammy the community manager is awesome! .. walked my wife and I through the leasing process and is always available. Kids can’t wait for the pool to open!

  My fiance and I have lived here for 2 years in one of their 2 bedroom homes. We have never had a complaint. When we needed maintenance, they came out quickly and resolved the issues we had immediately. The staff is always polite and approachable. Tammy was quick to get us in to our house two years ago, and currently she’s helping us move to a 3 bedroom home as a transfer. She’s sweet, kind and quick to answer questions and isn’t hard to speak with. We love everything about these homes. The kitchen is beautiful and I love to cook so it’s been a dream to use! The bedrooms are spacious and the closet sizes exceeded my expectations. The two stall garage attached is a perk all on its own. I don’t know if I could ever go back to not having one lol. The neighborhood is quiet and all the neighbors I’ve met have been very kind. I love walking around the neighborhood or taking the trail. It’s an all around exceptional experience to live here.

  I've lived here for 5 years and I can't wait to move. The residents DO NOT follow the rules and Management doesn't enforce any. Guest Parking is used up by the inconsiderate neighbors EVERYDAY and complaining is a waste of time. Sometimes the visitors have no place to park and no one seems to care. I wish I shared the "great experience" that some have living here.

  POORLY RUN BUSINESS. I’ve gone to this complex four times during their limited business hours of 10-5 Monday - Friday and the place is locked up like Ft. Knox. I’ve also left numerous messages with my name and number inquiring about an apartment rental. I was transferred and needed to make living arrangements. While visiting the property I did have the good fortune to talk to a number of residents who all stated the manager, Tammy, is almost non-existent and can be very short and rude. So maybe it’s a good thing I never made contact with her. The outside of the complex looks nice and is a great location. Too bad it is mismanaged.
