  It’s a great apartment complex but there’s no net on the basketball hoop and there hasn’t been since the start of the year. And as a teenager there is nothing I want to do more than play basketball. If the company sees this or anyone that live there sees this I would appreciate it if you could please put a net on the basketball hoop. Thank you!!!!

  Chris has always been great at whatever maintenance task. He is friendly professional and gets job done. He also took time to let me know to hold down lever few seconds longer. Which tells me it needs replaced and clean out run but we are good for now.

  By far the worst place I have ever lived. Made me wait 2 weeks extra to move in due to repairs and once I moved in the AC did not work and wasn’t fixed for over a year even with me constantly emailing them. The unit was very poorly renovated with mistakes seen all over the apartment and me needing to call their maintenance crew multiple times to fix these things. There were also multiple times I wasn’t informed about maintenance crews coming to my apartment and I would get out of the shower to random people being in my apartment! They constantly increase rent price with no improvements and if anything you make it worse such as removing intercom buttons and most front doors to buildings don’t lock or open properly. This is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with and recommended everyone to stay away

  Nosey neighbors Loud neighbors Weed smell in hallways Parking sucks (Especially in winter) Tows your car for any reason and the towing company is all the way in Hamilton Really run down Maintenance sucks Overall worst place
