  As a resident of Remington Lake, I am very pleased with the maintenance team. Every time that I have placed a work order, Michael has almost immediately responded with a friendly phone call. He politely asks permission to enter, and performs the requested repair. Every time. Great service!

  Sherry is the best. She always shows up promptly and gets the job done efficiently. Remington Lake is very lucky to have her, she is a gem.

  I left a review earlier but took it down. Management here is restrictive. Until we get new management I would not live here. Both Racheal and Suz may seem nice on a tour but you live here they will put restrictions on you even if you follow the rules. I’ve followed the rules every day I’ve been here and just today a email was sent saying I’m not allowed to put work orders in. Rules dictate you’re not allowed to fix your own things and now I can’t put my own work orders here. Moving as soon as I’m able unless Racheal and Suz are removed from management. We need kind understanding managemt here. It’s a nice neighborhood but management sucks. However other staff here are nice and understand. Here’s a fact and example of what I mean. I put a work order in 3 weeks ago and maintaince removed part of my window. It was never replaced and from word of mouth it’s possible management canceled work order. Folks im a honest and kind person. Always have been always will be so in my honest opinion don’t live here. (Edit added) so a lot of people like it at remington lakes so i dont understand why im being blamed for things i didnt do. I have no ill will agaisnt this place yet im treated badly by management here. Ive seen good here thats true. Jorden and sherry are one of the best people here. However why is my stuff not gertting fixed when i put work orders in now being kicked out? It doesnt make sense. Im treated poorly by people in charge but everyone else is welcome and treated with respect. If anything changes for the better I may add more. (Final edit) so i was cleaning out my apartment and throwing trash out as i was kicked out awhile ago and i heard racheal say “run over him” racheal was telling a driver of a golfcart to run over me and the driver wouldnt do it. The driver said “i dont care what you tell me im not running over him its just not me.” This review proves what kind of person racheal is. This is no longer in my control but i hope changes are made for the people of remington lakes to better the neighborhood and turn it around. Until the next review. Should i ever be invited back to remington lakes for a job, living there, and racheal is no longer there this review will be taken down and given a 5 star review. See you in the next review.

  Very informational, sweet and kind and polite took the time show us the apartment what it could look like worked with me for several months until I was able to come over and view it and it’s really accommodating and I would recommend anyone to see her Jordan if you’re ever interested in moving over there thank you

  I had such a great experience touring the apartment with Loren. From the moment I met her, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to answer every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place to call home. Her friendly personality and professionalism made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Loren, for making such a great first impression! I would absolutely recommend working with her to anyone looking for an apartment.
