  This complex is absolutely beautiful. They are awesome about addressing any maintenance issues immediately. Jordan in the leasing office is super sweet and understanding of any issues. Sherry (maintenance worker) even helped perform CPR on my dying cat less than a week after I moved in. They truly treat you like family here. They make sure the residents and guests are the only ones using the pool. They are constantly making improvements (new sidewalks, power washing geese poop etc) they even had a candle (which smells so good) and a couple other little goodies on my kitchen island on move-in day. I am currently having issues with payment portal rejecting some payments and taking out fees but they are on the ball and in communication to get it fixed which makes me feel super lucky to have open communication with the office. Rachel has been communicating with necessary people to get things back on track. It makes me feel confident in the managements skills. I have zero complaints. We will definitely be living here long term.
