  The place is trash. No one in the office does anything besides sit behind their desks. People litter and don't follow their lease agreement. The whole place is a dump. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  ve had a great experience with Winchester Park Apartments. The property is always kept clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The community feels peaceful and well taken care of, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

  The office staff has been a pleasure to work with. Michael was great at showing me around & was very nice. The community seemed very quiet also.
