  This review is for Caressas, and Caressas only! She has been the best property leasing agent from her very first day! Very charismatic and polite! Always readily available when needed. Apartment Complex can definitely use a lot of work and updated apartments, but very convenient complex with a lot of resources within walking distance.

  I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I was very indecisive and went back and forth several times trying to figure out whether moving would be the right decision, especially when it came to my commute to work and staying close to family and friends. From the very beginning, Caressa was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful. She took the time to walk me through every step of the process and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The apartment community offers far more amenities than I originally expected, which was a wonderful surprise. What truly stood out was how much Caressa went above and beyond. She helped me map out routes to work, family, and friends, and even saved those routes in my phone to make the transition easier. That level of customer service is rare these days. Caressa’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience a positive one. She has truly become an extension of our family. If you’re considering Winchester Park Apartments, I highly recommend working with Caressa. You won’t be disappointed!

  Caressas was amazing she really made the move in process as smooth as possible she made my transition seamlessly. She’s so friendly and she was immensely helpful and empathetic to my situation. Every time I enter the building she’s warm and friendly and makes all my questions seem valid and not bothersome at all. She and this place is amazing.

  I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Winchester Park. I moved here in February of this year, and throughout my stay, the service I received was consistently excellent. Although I have since relocated to be closer to my preferred area, I truly appreciated my experience living here. A special thank you to Caressas for her outstanding professionalism and dedication. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure a positive resident experience, and her support made a meaningful difference during my time here. Thank you for your exceptional service. Keep up the excellent work and give her a $10,000 plus bonus. She more than worthy of it. 🩷🙏🏾

  I think it’s about time to evict people that have and are bringing bugs into this place. Fleas, roaches, bed bugs— they’re all running rampant at this place. Never mind the parking, 1 car per licensed resident according to the lease but yet there isn’t any parking 98% of the time and it’s a free for all for the foreigners that have 6 people living in their apartment. Dog feces everywhere.. I thought we were supposed to be picking up after our animals? Time to charge people for pet waste, if it’s around the building, charge everyone who has an animal on their lease until they learn how to pick up after their animals! There’s always some kind of crime going on here and yet the company has in their lease that damages to your property isn’t their responsibility and they refuse to put up cameras or fix the lighting situation so when there isn’t parking in front of my building I could park behind. I’m not renting a garage to park my car when it’s not hard to pass out community placards or stickers (it’s $335 for 500 stickers on carstickers.com) and begin towing people who aren’t residents here. If you have guests staying they can park next to the clubhouse/pool and not take up parking for people who actually live here. Never mind the obnoxious neighbors who throw parties til 4 in the morning violating article 21 of the lease agreement stating there should be no loud and obnoxious behavior or disturbing the comfort and health of others.. I don’t know about you, but I like to not be awake 3 hours before I’m meant to be at work in the morning.
