  I would not recommend buying a home from Pulte Homes at Jacob Ridge. We discovered a gas leak and immediately contacted the utility company. Their technician inspected the issue and confirmed that the leak was coming from the flexible gas connector at the stove installation. It was not a utility company issue and not an appliance defect. According to the technician, the problem was either a faulty connector or an installation issue by the contractor who performed the work. What is most concerning is Pulte’s complete lack of response to what should be considered an emergency safety issue. I called the emergency service line multiple times, and it consistently went to voicemail. In over a week, I received no callback. When someone finally responded, they simply stated they would submit a service request, but nobody showed up for another week. It has now been three weeks, and the issue remains unresolved. During this time, we are using camping stove because we cannot safely use our gas range. Poor workmanship can happen, but failing to respond to a potential gas leak is unacceptable. The lack of urgency, communication, accountability, and customer service has been extremely disappointing. If you are shopping for a new home, choose wisely. Consider how your builder will respond when a serious safety issue arises after closing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pulte Homes at Jacob Ridge.

  I have been in my new Pulte home for one year. Best home I have every lived in. The process has been smooth and low stress. Coryn Blevins and Kyle Macpherson are AMAZING!!

  I had the pleasure to sit and discuss all my opportunities with Sarah Serian and she was phenomenal! She shared building details, timelines, energy efficiency and how the pricing process works. Sarah was an absolute pleasure to speak with and very easy to talk to, made the whole process personalized to my wants and needs. It was more than building a home, but being a true problem solver with multiple solutions. Pulte builds amazing homes and has caring people representing them!

  I’ve had the pleasure of working with Coryn Blevins and Sarah Serian. Two people who set the standard for what professionalism should feel like. They’re sharp, patient, and genuinely care about making the process easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find people who combine expertise with such down-to-earth energy, but they do it effortlessly. Couldn’t recommend them more.
