  I would not recommend buying a home from Pulte Homes at Jacob Ridge. We discovered a gas leak and immediately contacted the utility company. Their technician inspected the issue and confirmed that the leak was coming from the flexible gas connector at the stove installation. It was not a utility company issue and not an appliance defect. According to the technician, the problem was either a faulty connector or an installation issue by the contractor who performed the work. What is most concerning is Pulte’s complete lack of response to what should be considered an emergency safety issue. I called the emergency service line multiple times, and it consistently went to voicemail. In over a week, I received no callback. When someone finally responded, they simply stated they would submit a service request, but nobody showed up for another week. It has now been three weeks, and the issue remains unresolved. During this time, we are using camping stove because we cannot safely use our gas range. Poor workmanship can happen, but failing to respond to a potential gas leak is unacceptable. The lack of urgency, communication, accountability, and customer service has been extremely disappointing. If you are shopping for a new home, choose wisely. Consider how your builder will respond when a serious safety issue arises after closing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pulte Homes at Jacob Ridge.

  I have been in my new Pulte home for one year. Best home I have every lived in. The process has been smooth and low stress. Coryn Blevins and Kyle Macpherson are AMAZING!!

  I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the process of purchasing a move in ready home was with Pulte! Sarah from the start was very clear and organized and just a joy to be around. We always felt like a priority and got our questions answered in a timely manner. Cannot say enough good things about working with Jose on getting our home in pristine condition for closing! Thank you all for everything!!! We are enjoying every minute of our new home in Jacob’s Ridge and feels like we’re on vacation everyday living here.

  I would like to express my appreciation to the Pulte Team. Everything has been a wonderful and pleasant experience that started with the Sales and Construction team and presently with Customer Care team and specifically the Customer Care Manager, Kyle. To be honest I did expect this much detail with the Warranty and the one year anniversary. Kyle has been so detailed that he went room by room to make sure everything is correct. It is apparent the Pulte takes the Warranty and Workmanship seriously! Also, working for the past year with Amanda from Sales, Cody from Construction, and Kyle from Customer Care, was the best experience I had. No horror stories that you here from new construction. Only good things when you build with Pulte. Thank you everyone for the care and dedication that you have provided. Also, Kyle, the Customer Care Manager has made scheduling any items that need attention in a well organized and efficient manner. And the businesses that they bring in for any items that need repaired are very professional and experienced in their field of work. I would definitely recommend Pulte.
