  I had the pleasure of meeting with David Daniels. He listened to my concerns about my medical issues and what i was needing and looking for in a home. He was genuine and answered all questions and showed some models that would best fit my needs and price range. I have looked at other places since the beginning of the year. He has shown more compassion and interest to what i was looking for than the other 5 places i have looked into. I look forward to Working with him in the future when i am ready to purchase. I highly recommend David.

  If vou are in the market for a Clayton Home, I highly recommend asking for David. Buying a home can usuallv be a massive headache but David made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free..I am extremely happy with my new Clayton home and the deal we put together.   Do not waste your time, money, or energy in dealing with clayton homes frazeysburg. Do not waste your energy on the customer advocacy either as they are actually an advocate for Clayton homes and NOT the customer. My husband and I were initially treated very well during the buying process it was after the home was setup the issues began that have NEVER been resolved. At our welcome home we went through the home and there were a few issues that needed addressed and these issues were given to multiple clayton home associates. Our house was set in January 2025. During our welcome home it was noted that all the counter tops were warped, interior doors would either not shut or open, the exterior doors had gaps allowing water in our home. We were assured that this was covered by the warranty and they would ensure it was all fixed. Nearly 2 years later we are still fighting for Clayton to fix what they promised to fix and to fix what their employees broke or incorrectly installed. They came multiple times and at least pretended to fix the issues but honestly Brian Pinkerton from clayton frazeysburg made things so much worse. He came and took siding off the home to fix the door gaps and made them worse to where water started coming in. The island countertop was warped and chipped. Brian Pinkerton did bring a new countertop and installed it. It was warped worse than the original the sink was incorrectly placed, multiple chips in the formica, and he broke every side piece on the countertop. Well I called the advocacy team and the first time they did make a few calls and clayton came back out to install yet another countertop. Well once again Brian Pinkerton came out and installed the countertop. Well while installing it he cut the sink hole out to large and my sink would not fit. He had to go buy another sink. Well he got all of it taken care of and we inspected and it was not properly installed again. There are huge gaps between the countertop and bar as well as the sink, broken formica again and just extremely poor workmanship from Brian. The sink is still improperly set. Side note that when Brian left to get the new sink he was gone for over 2 hours. Well when he came back he had gone to Lowes which is 5 minutes from my home he was in a completely different outfit showered and appeared ready for a night out. He couldve cared less that his careless mistakes ruined my homes island. Once again called and now I am still waiting on them to follow through with their warranty. The home remains unleveled and the gaps in my exterior doors remain and the doors inside still wont properly open or shut. I spoke to Sarah Tywin and Jake Zide (Clayton home frazeysburg general manager) over these issues. Sarah treated us well at first. Once she saw we were a homosexual couple she stopped communicating with us and treated us exceptionally poorly and went against everything promised to us using the excuse I am new to this postion and didn't promise you anything. There were a few occasions she did email and times set up for workers to come and 3 separate times they did not show up or changed the time to when I was unavailable with no notice. Calls not returned emails unread and promises completely broken. I called the advocacy again and this time they did nothing for us and continue to ignore us this time they referred us directly to Jake Zide. By this time the warranty period to our home was ending and still nothing was taken care of. I spoke with Jake Zide multiple times and received multiple promises and assurances all of which were smoke screens and zero follow through from the manager occurred. His excuse was that the home was unlevel and that it was winter and the home could not be leveled or fixed while it was winter and ground frozen that he assured me he would come out in the spring and personally see the work was done. I reminded him the warranty was up in the spring. He said not to worry the warranty would be valid. He lied through his teeth. Everything the company said was a lie and smoke screen. The advocacy is a gimmick .
