  My wife, whose disabled had to call me bc these isn't Luxury apartments it's a hell hole apartments my wife has been calling the emergency call line for them come and fix her ac it's been down since June 28th she even went to the hospital for almost a heat stroke bc her apartment was 90 degrees and the Maintenance guy, Jacob laughed and said "idk what to tell you and it's not gonna get fixed till after the 4th" and yet they still never came to fix it according to mica they have others to do before hers so DONT EVER RENT FROM THEM EVER THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING ON TIME OR YOUR BE WAITING FOR MONTHS NOW let alone she got a floor ac from habitat humanity till they fix it and it's not barely touching anything besides her one bed room and she had to put the dogs in the bathroom bc they almost had a heat stroke so plz don't waste your money going to crystal Glen at all!!!!!!!

  Lived here before , wasn’t to bad. Wanted to move back but they discriminate against electric vehicles so got to look elsewhere

  Renter beware. Not even 15 days after signing my lease and actually sleeping inside the unit, I started getting sick. I'd wake up feeling like a brick was on my chest and coughing/sneezing. This caused me to investigate the vents and furnace. The severity of mold and what I can only assume were years of neglect was shocking. I have an 800sq ft air purifier from Blue air that displays when there is clean, fair or poor air flow. That thing NEVER changed from poor air flow, even running it at the highest setting. **Also, they don't advertise the complex as nonsmoking for a reason. You have to sign an agreement acknowledging the office cannot enforce other tenants from not smoking inside their unit! Of course the person across the hall was a smoker...** I won't bash the office for how they handled my situation but I was displaced, not able to live in my own home. Lab testing did show a positive result for mold. After two months, I decided to retain legal counsel, surrendered possession of my unit and made sure all the appropriate documentation was sent to the property manager.

  Do Not Live Here! The outside may look nice, but the inside of the apartments all have mold and have been smoked in years. My daughter has been sick the entire time we’ve lived here and they still wouldn’t let us out of the lease.

  Absolutely disgusting! The apartments have all been smoked in for years and have MOLD, a lot of mold. The management is rude and extremely shady. They will not let you out of your lease even with a medical note from your doctor saying that the environment is detrimental to your health. And even when your lease is up they try to make it impossible to leave with made up rules. They don’t even deserve one star.
