  I had such a great experience working with Marissa at Villages of Wildwood! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Marissa was always quick to answer my questions, made everything easy to understand, and genuinely made me feel welcomed and valued. She went above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate how kind and attentive she was, and I would definitely recommend Villages of Wildwood to anyone looking for a new home. Thank you, Marissa, for making my experience such a great one!

  Loved this community! Marissa was our tour guide, she was very professional and provided my family with lots of information! She was very knowledgeable about the community! I would recommend her to anyone that comes through!

  I had lived here back in 2022 and loved it. However moved back in 2024 and though at the start I enjoyed this apartment complex, I had a mouse problem that the maintenance people would just leave sticky pads down and then take days to get rid of the mouse. I had to buy my own traps and caught around 30 mice in my 1+ stay. Along with that the roads within Wildwood had huge potholes causing my brother to get a flat tire. During winter, my apartment was on a hill and the owners would not plow our road due "to not being a priority" since we were not on the main road which caused me to use unneccessary PTO days at work. Lastly, I left the apartment on the day I was expected to leave and it was late around 9 pm so I left the keys to the apartment on the countertop. I then was charged $1k+ for not returning the keys after I had emailed and explained they were there the whole time on the countertop and they sent this to collections after that. I am very unhappy overall at my experience with this apartment complex and I would not recommend staying there.

  The worst place I have ever lived. Do not apply to live here, it’s not worth your time nor your sanity. Poor communication, horrible management, no preventive maintenance, unsatisfactory housing, horrible roadways, maintenance is not kept up with, nor met with satisfaction or timely manner, workers here are rude and dismissive and they expect you to pay about $4k if you want out of your lease early. I don’t even talk to them that much for them to act the way they act but it’s just honestly disrespectful and shameful. I am not the only one who has problems with the management here but Gold Oller is quite literally the worst management company when it comes to the housing industry.
