  I have lived here at Woodridge for over 3 years and my boyfriend almost 15 years and it has been a great experience - quiet and if we ever have a question or need something we contact Liz in the office and she always helps us very fast and accurately!! We do not like the rent raises but again , it's. Very quiet and enjoyable place to live and Liz takes care of all of our needs !! Lisa Maxwell

  PSA: if you are allergic to cockroaches, you will flare up multiple times before the end of the lease. they offer prizes like 55-inch tv’s for reviews, so read these reviews with caution. within the first month of moving into woodridge, we noticed some cockroaches here and there. we contacted management and maintenance left sticky traps right in front of the fridge. it would be fine if we didn’t have cats, which i pay monthly pet fees for. that did not help, the problem progressed until i made a review stating there were dead cockroaches at the front door of the building. their response was that they were not aware cockroaches were an issue. i have never had any prior issues with cockroaches. some switches turn outlets off. i had a camera plugged into one of these outlets but it kept getting turned off when maintenance came over. i know this because it resets my clock to noon. my clock has not reset since i plugged the camera into a different outlet. at one point we were told we HAD to be in the apartments if maintenance was going to come, but found out exterminators were coming without our knowledge. when we brought this up to management we were told we “couldn’t have it both ways”. finally, someone on the first level is smoking weed in the building. you can smell it going thru the vents. i work in a vet clinic and cannot smell like weed at work.
