  This is my last weekend of living here for over five years, I will truly miss the staff who has gone above and beyond when I’ve needed something. The apartment I lived in was really great. I’ve felt safe, and I’ve never once seen any pests, it really has been a wonderful 5 years. (I’m gonna miss my two walk in closets so much 😭) I think anyone would be happy here.

  They make you shovel your own car out of the snow. Can’t even walk on the sidewalks in the winter bc they won’t shovel it. Took weeks for them to shovel the car spaces. The railings are shaky, unsafe for disabled people. Ac/heat breaks often but maintenance team is nice and quick.

  I had a wonderful experience! Sarah was amazing and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail & showed me one of the units that was available. Answered the questions I needed answered for my specific situation and the needs I have. The property itself looks amazing; tons of amenities, great location, well kept & maintained. My 1st choice after looking at numerous properties.

  I have lived at this apartment complex for almost a year now and will not be renewing my lease. One of the biggest issues is the bug problem on the ground-floor units. Being on the bottom floor, I have dealt with an ongoing pest issue that has been frustrating throughout my time here. Attached to my review is a picture of a German Cockroach. 🪳 Maintenance and communication have also been disappointing. My kitchen sink was broken for over a week and a half before it was finally repaired. During that time, communication was poor and updates were minimal. However, if you’re even slightly late on rent or short by a small amount, have plants on your window, management suddenly becomes very responsive. It feels like tenant concerns are not treated with the same urgency as collecting rent. The walls and floors are also extremely thin. You can hear nearly everything your upstairs neighbors do, including normal walking and daily activities. Privacy and noise control are practically nonexistent. The laundry facilities have been another constant frustration. The washers and dryers frequently malfunction, requiring multiple restarts just to complete a cycle. The dryers have repeatedly taken my money while cutting cycles short, costing me time and additional money just to dry a single load of laundry. Overall, this property has serious issues with maintenance response, communication, noise, pests, and laundry equipment reliability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend living here.
