  I was looking for a place last minute and they got me in quick. Good customer service, amenities are nice (they have one of the better apartment gyms), and maintenance is usually fast.

  I wanted to wait to write this review until we experienced other apartments and I can now say with full confidence that The Highlands is probably the best apartment complex you will experience, the best maintenance crew and the best landcare crew you will get when renting. I wish we still lived in Fairborn so we could come back!

  Moving can be stressful, but Cierra made the entire experience feel easy from the very beginning. She welcomed me with kindness, answered every question honestly, and took the time to show me everything the community has to offer. I never felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely cared for. The application process was simple, I was approved the next day, and I couldn’t be more excited to call this place home. Thank you, Cierra, for making such a great first impression!

  Service was excellent. The only change I would like to see is a call 15-20 minutes before arrival of service technicians and updates if service cannot be completed during first visit. Otherwise, excellent service.

  I had the pleasure of working with Alexis today. She was prompt, kind and very effective. I appreciated her customer focused energy on our call and her rapid response via email. With service like that, you are clearly in good hands.
