This apartment is under new ownership since September 2025. We are a private landlord providing a great rentals to our tenants in other cities since 2004. Our community members who call our apartment and houses their home have consistently told us we have been their best landlord and they appreciate the nice community try to build. Our caring staff makes it easier for people to find their next home and get a fresh start by not charging application fees or adhering to a stringent credit score criteria. We treat everyone as an individual and work with everyone through their tough times. We accept people with bad credit, an eviction or a felony. Pet friendly.
