  I am very disappointed with the maintenance service at Harbor Crest. My sink is completely clogged, and the water is not draining at all. I reported the problem almost five days ago, but so far, no one has come to fix it. Unfortunately, this is not the first serious issue. On another occasion, water leaked from an upper floor into my apartment. Dirty water from the toilet came into my apartment and even reached my living room. It was very unpleasant and concerning. When a tenant reports a plumbing problem, especially when there is a risk of dirty water or sewage, maintenance should respond quickly. I really hope management takes these problems more seriously and improves their response time

  This place is disgusting dogs poop and pee in the building all the time a lot of people have aggressive dogs and roaches are everywhere trash everywhere anyone can enter the buildings!!!!

  Tatyanna has been very kind and helpful in my application process. She has been very clear and understanding and is very good at communication any next steps or setbacks in my application process. I appreciate the work she has done and I would definitely recommend getting into contact with her if you are interested in a lease at Harbor Crest.

  Good morning my name is Dawn Smith i moved in here March of this year i would like to give a special thanks to Darnaisha Blackman my favorite worker here who really helped me get my apartment i love it every time i needed something fix they staff came same week or the next week i would also like to give a great thanks to Tiffany who also helped me out i appreciate they kindness and would recomend these aparments to any one thank you ladies two thumbs up

  This place is a safety hazard.The elevators are horrible if your elderly,handicapped/disabled this not for you. Ive been taking the stairs more then I would like. Before work and after work workouts running up and down over 10 flights of stairs is a nightmare.Im also injured right now so that sucks with a wrapped up leg. Then it's Elders just sitting in a hot hobby at 10pm cause they can't get upstairs.
