- KKKayApr 13, 20263.0Been here for 5+ years and have witnessed the rise and fall in quality between the changes in property management. Clearly there's little or no communication of updates happening within the rental office. The gym isn't properly cleaned or kept up with, the pool has been having more issues than it usually would, and engagement with residents is the lowest I've seen. I doubt the carpet in the gym gets cleaned because as soon as the weather gets hot or muggy it gets musty in there really quick, majority of the equipment is still missing or broken, and the restroom is cold and disgusting. The asphalt in the parking area needs to be completely torn up and replaced to get to the root of the issue, but they just fill the holes with more asphalt and keep it moving. Having outdoor cameras instead of cameras near the resident mail room to prevent thefts is a really odd choice of placement. Overall, not super impressed with how things are going in this place that presses us to pay rent on time while simultaneously raising it with no changes in quality.
