- SRShy RacksAug 4, 20265.0I’ve had a great experience living at Willowood Apartments for the past three years. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and I’ve never had any major issues during my time here. A special thank you to La’Naya in the leasing office. She is by far one of the most helpful and understanding property managers I’ve worked with. She always takes the time to listen, communicate clearly, and do everything she can to help resolve any situation, even when it’s outside of her direct control. Her professionalism and genuine care for residents really stand out. The maintenance team has also been excellent. Work orders were consistently completed in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. My 950-square-foot apartment provided plenty of space and comfortably met all of my needs. Overall, my experience at Willowood Apartments has been very positive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to live here again in the future. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming place to call home.
- RSRick SMay 12, 20265.0Nice spacious living. Property manager is awesome!!! She gets things done quickly. Could use some mulch etc , but other than that minor thing, it's a nice place. Close proximity to everything you need.
- QQQuiseMar 25, 20264.0I like the apartment, it’s spacious with plenty of storage. The leasing and maintenance staff are great and very responsive. However the only aspect I am not satisfied with is the enforcement of clean up for pet owners. There is poop from the winter months that has yet to still be cleaned up. The residents with pets get away with not completely cleaning up after their pets. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay at an affordable price.

They are always cheerful, helpful and clearly show that they are interested in caring for the residents. I can't say enough about these two individuals. They are an asset to Willowood and are excellent "good will ambassadors".
