  I recently moved in at Mason Row Townhomes at the beginning of May and it was a great experience! Alexus was great help when we were in the process of moving in and gave us plenty of information we needed. The apartment was exactly what we expected!!

  The first month living here, the ac was broke it was 84 degrees in my apartment. They did not have any window units to let us use, luckily we ended up spending our own money on units we could not return. After some time we noticed a never ending sound of running water. We found a leak, from outside the apartment that was leaking into our basement. They painted over it and mold would build up again. Everything I had in that basement had mold on it when moving out. Things hanging up on the finished side had mold behind it. My husband left a review and they gave us “gifts” to try to get him to take down the review. I loved the layout of the apartments but would never live here again because of management, and how they handled any issues the residents have. Side things: not enough parking!! If someone takes your one spot you’re screwed and you can’t park anywhere!
