  Effective 1/1/26, after only one year, we made the painful decision to change management companies again. It is now mid-May, and the transition still isn't complete. Associa eliminated board access to all financial information late November/early December. I just emailed our transition contact again, fingers crossed we can get the answers and information we need to put this behind us. I'll keep you updated!

  Amita was a breath of fresh air - she really treated me as a human being (not an entry in a spreadsheet, like I often feel). When I walked up to the desk, she looked me in the eyes and smiled with warmth. She listened to my troubles with compassion and offered a solution. Thanks so much, Amita!!   Super slow to close out any items. Basic fixes take an extraordinary long time to resolve.

  5 years for the HOA to get a picnic table that was supposedly hard to source…it finally came and it’s an unsealed table from Home Depot, that’s going to give everyone splinters.

  Some of the staff are great—Bashir, Tori, Marissa, Antoine, Hannan—they are very proactive, friendly and keep a smile on their faces. Hannan has done a wonderful job as our new on-site manager. She (and Marissa) keeps us residents up to date on any issues affecting us.
