  Being charged frivolous HOA fees. Late fees for notices that we did not receive. They claim that they sent out notices and that it's not their problem once they mail it. The problem is how do I know that they actually mailed it. It is not certified mail. Why would I be charged a lawn care fee in February? We live in Ohio. Seems as though they are preying and targeting the elderly. Hoping that they won't notice and will just pay. Most senior citizens are on a social security fixed income so that makes it that much more disgraceful. They send you a bill that is incorrect and tell you to pay something else that you didn't even receive. This company is not interested in managing property instead they are trying to make money off of homeowners with bogus fees and such that are not warranted. Strongly caution other businesses to think twice before aligning with this company. It is extremely shady. Read some of the other reviews. I'm not the only one.

  Got a letter from this HOA group about my grass needing cut although it has never gotten over 4 inches tall.

  If I could give them a zero I would. I have had birds in one of my vents for over a month now. They are so slow and have no concern for residents experience. They used to walk the property once and week and look for maintence items that needed fixed. They stopped doing that in the past year. You can definitely tell. They have no concern for property upkeep. Their only concern is that you pay the ridiculously high fee every month and strive to not spend any of it in your neighborhood. **Horrible management, frequent turnover, lack of concern for issues, terrible communication.
